Meet Dylan Cupp, a 6-foot-2, 190-pound infielder from Cedartown High School who has signed to play at Mississippi State. Cupp is a member of the North Georgia Big 10 cover for the 2023 Georgia Dugout Preview Magazine. Here are 10 questions with him.

Q: What in-game rituals or superstitions do you have?

A: None

Q: Who is your favorite professional sports team?

A: Atlanta Braves.

Q: What is your favorite food to eat?

A: Steak.

Q: Name one thing people may be surprised to learn about you? 

A: I love coaching baseball as much as I love playing it.

Q: Who is your favorite teacher and what is your favorite high school subject?

A: Jennifer Cupp -- math.

Q: Outside of baseball, what is your next hobby? 

A: I help out with our Challenger League for our local recreation department.

Q: If you could travel anywhere outside the U.S., what would be your dream location and why?

A: The Dominican Republic so that I could see how they learn to play baseball and how they live life everyday.

Q: Name the person you'd like to meet the most.

A: Cal Ripken, Jr. because I would like to talk to him on his mental side of baseball. 

Q: Who has been the most influential person in your life?

A: My parents because they have taught me so much about being a great person in this world.

Q: After baseball, what career are you planning to pursue?

A: Coaching and staying in the game.
