
Meet Trey Luke, a 5-foot-11, 180-pound pitcher/outfielder from Rockmart High School. Luke is a member of the North Georgia Big 10 cover for the 2026 Georgia Dugout Preview Magazine. Here are 10 questions with him.
Q: What in-game rituals do you have?
A: I always wear an arm sleeve and wrist tape every high school game.
Q: Who is your favorite professional sports team?
A: Atlanta Braves.
Q: What is your favorite food to eat?
A: Chicken alfredo.
Q: Name one thing people may be surprised to learn about you?
A: I am an extremely superstitious person when it comes to baseball.
Q: Who is your favorite teacher and what is your favorite high school subject?
A: Coach Queen who is also a baseball coach. That's my dawg.
Q: Outside of baseball, what is your next hobby?
A: Playing golf with my dad.
Q: What jersey number do you wear and what reason did you choose that number?
A: No. 10 for my sister Tori Luke.
Q: What do you like the most about playing baseball?
A: The friendships that are made through baseball and all the memories that I have made with my teammates.
Q: Who has been the most influential person in your life and why?
A: My dad, he has taught me everything I know about baseball and has always supported me through the ups and the downs.
Q: After baseball, what career are you planning to pursue?
A: I plan to become a chiropractor and own my own practice one day.
